Ductile Pte Ltd was established in 1979 and privatised in 1982. Since then, the Company has played a major and active role in the water, gas and sewerage industry as we equipped ourselves with the supply of Ductile Iron Pipes & Fittings, Steel Pipes, Copper Pipes and other products in tune to the market requirements and demand. For 15 years, we have good track records in supplying to the Singapore Government Projects and notably, the Public Utilities Board (PUB), Ministry of Environment (MOE) and the Housing & Development Board (HDB). In 1986, we entered into a joint venture alliance with a casting foundry in China to manufacture and produce Ductile Iron Fittings and Manhole Covers. This is a strategic step towards being more competitive and efficient. The Fittings and Covers are tested by the Singapore Productivity & Standards Board (PSB) and certify the quality conforms to the global standard of ISO2531, BS4772 and EN545.
